Collective Broken

I have a C4 and WaveEngine in a collective. I just experience a brown out and the WaveEngine will not power on now (no LEDs). I opened a ticket with support but I am now getting an email and text every 5 minutes that the "collective is broken"! Can I take the WaveEngine out of the collective so these will stop?

Carlos replied to my ticket and stated "Are both running the latest version (190)? If so, then no, having a single device in a collective is not a problem with the newer firmware."
