Technically no. One will suffice. But as your collective grows it is recommended. So if you have a second then use it. Otherwise next time you place an order pick one up. NOTE: Do not use the command bus power supply with Minnow unless you specifically ordered or built a data only cable.

You do, but do not hook up the power supply to the command bus once you hook up the cable between the Launch and Minnow. The power supplies that connect to the command bus cannot be used with another source of power but with the Launch it will power the minnow so it is not needed. Only use it when using the Minnow stand alone. You will need at least one terminator though and like @thom_smith said it is best to get 2 if you don't already since as your collective grows you will eventually need it.

Thank you. When I install the command bus cable from the launch to the minnow I would use one of the bus plugs on the minnow and one on the launch. That leaves one each open on them. Do I need a terminator on both or just the minnow?

Both is best. If you only have one then pick an empty bus port and install. Then order another when you get a chance. No urgency until you start to grow the collective. @Danny and I need the second terminator because we both have upwards of 20 controls.
