Combiner active when should be off

So did something at least following your idea. But it seems like max on time does not actually turn it off, even adding min off time in case it turned off and back on right away or something. I'm not home to make sure it's not off, but it still reads wattage as if it's on, so I'm assuming it's running.

With run past max on time set to off it should shut off, but it will turn the output red.
 
I am trying it on my end. I have a air pump plugged into a XP8 output I setup as the output.I will be a while before it run to maximum on time. I have used that setting on my ATO though and it works on that output. I also use it on my RODI also to limit how long it can run any one time and that has worked.
 
Ok it did turn off on mine at the end of the maximum on time. I went and checked and the pump is off but it shows no current or power. I let it run for the 25 minutes and 5 seconds.
 
I ran a second time with same results. Here is two screenshots with it on and after it reached maximum on time and shut off.
