Since CommandBus Terminators are on backorder how would one go about making one?

Use a 120 ohm resistor between pins 2 and 3 on the Gx12-5 connector. A nice solution is to add this resistor to your power supply connector. If you want a really robust canbus you can add the 120 ohm resistor to both your power adapter and make an additional terminator for the other end too.
