Confused with Modes and Schedules

Follow instructions for setting up a feed mode using gyre dual pump controller . I also have a Hydros X3 in the collective.
I set up a "Feed Coral" schedule and mode. Have it set for 45 minutes at 30% power. When I enable feed mode pumps do not run. Having a similar issue with low power mode. Do I need to set schedules when I add a modr? Here a screen shots of coral feed mode.

You feed coral schedule you posted does not show the time and active when on it.

I do feed differently since it is triggered from my feeder, but I will post my low power mode. The schedule for low power mode is called low power flow. It is set to on for low power mode and the other flow schedules are set to off for low power mode. The first two screenshots are for the low power mode. The third and forth screenshots are the schedule low power flow. It is set for constant speed at 10%.The start and stop times are both set to 00:00:00. The fifth screenshot is running in normal mode showing one of the pumps in the schedule. The last screenshot is of the same pump in the low power mode. So mine does work this way. What does the pump tile say when in low power mode?

Is this a Wave Engine or a Icecap brand controller? If it is an Icecap controller it cannot be in a collective. If it is a Wave Engine it can be.
