Reboot from where the verison and all that stuff is ?
I have unplugged it and plugged back in

To reboot when there is a specific issue I power it down and wait a few seconds and power it back up. On the 8th and today are the only times it was active from the graph. Not sure why you are not getting the audible alarm but I don't think it is the sensor itself since you said it turned the pump off. I would submit a support ticket for this here Submit ticket .

Now I cannot get it online to look at it. Sent me an email saying it's been off line to long like at 7am and still it's off line. All my other apps are working my cam, feeder, lights working just fine.
Hopefully the heaters are not stuck on wtf.
I can see on the cam that the pumps are working but don't know the temp.
Ridiculous

You will need to check the LED's to see if they are breathing red or yellow. Breathing red means they cannot connect to the wifi. Breathing yellow means no internet connection or no connection to cloud server. I assume you are not home to check right now. If it is breathing red when you check then reboot your router first to see if that clears the issue. I get those alerts every time I loose internet and that is multiple times each day. I know I am loosing internet since when I am home I can see it drop out on the cable modem.

Also do not use heaters on just one control. I have thermostats on my heaters and set then about 3 degrees higher than the Hydros. I would have more than one way to control temp on any heater regardless of which controller I was using. I did the same on my Archon when it was controlling the heaters. Heaters getting stuck on is one of the main causes of a tank crash. I don't worry too much about them getting stuck off. Of coarse this time of the year my heaters are never on since they are set to 76 degrees and the tank runs 78 with the cooling fans turning on and off all day.

Your right Danny should have backups.
In fact I might just back up the whole controller and just basically use hydros to feed my fish instead of trusting it to control my whole tank.
Sorry again you are right but for the amount of money for this in this day and age I really dont expect all these F ups
My cheap wifi devices work and my expensive one does not
Sorry just alittle annoyed
Just checked still can't connect.

Did you submit a supprt ticket yet? I have 2 control 2's that I have had over a year and I have not had an issue with either of them. The are in a collective with 7 other controllers.

No I have not will do it tonight.
Mine has also worked fine till now.
Actually had issues with this before but seems it worked it out for 6 to 8 months but now it's back.

It could be the router. That is why I suggested rebooting it first before the controller to see if it fixes the issue. I am able to get in to mine so that rules out the cloud server issue. I have had my router cause a similar issue before where only a few devices cannot connect to it for some reason.

Ya maybe the router but it pretty much worked fine till now.
Plus I have only received the 1 notification from this morning at 730am that it was off line for to long usually I would keep getting them and then it would also send me all the wifi strips are off line this was just device is off line to long

The cloud sends those alerts for off line if the controller does not communicate with it in a given time frame. You also should get one that it connected to the cloud when it is communicating again.

Well they are trying to help me out. I dont think its a router issue and the leak rope well I think they are confused also.
Personally I think the control 2 is goofed up.
Hopefully tomorrow he will email me back with some answers.
Thanks

Was it running ok other than not being able to communicate with it when you got home to check it?
