So I had a post going about losing connection and 1 person responded.
Today it happened again and I did lose internet for 10 minutes I know this because my inkbird let me know also hydros. But unlike the inkbird that works flawlessly the control 2 never come back on line.
I was at work just got home everything was running but had to unplug the control to get it back online.
Then I started getting notifications of low temp and low water (ato)
My temp went down but pumps were running and lucky I keep a high level in my return area.
I do feel I would have better luck with a Kasa power strip, really I do.
I will submit a ticket but I have zero trust in this controller.
For all I knew my tank flooded all over.
This has happened way to much and on here at least it is the same answer.
Not acceptable imo.
Either the new update sucks or something else but I am having nothing but issues since the update.
Can I roll it back ?
Where do I go to submit a ticket.
And I know @Danny Will respond but NOT ONCE did anyone from coralvue so thanks danny.

All sort of notifications now
But why did the pumps still work but not the heaters and ato ? The pumps are on 1 wifi strip and the heaters and ato are on a different strip.
Either way when I got home the control was solid red unplugged it plugged it back and minutes later my phone was blowing up

To install 179, please follow the instructions here:

Ok I did that and 179 is installed but I still get the message when I open hydros control 2 app that there is an update

179 has not been officially released, so it will show that message when you open the app. If you are using 179, you have the latest version.

Yes, what you describe is in the instructions, and all you need to do is tap cancel and continue.

Carlos... can you guys add a “Don’t show me this again” checkbox to this popup msg? That would be a nice user-friendly addition to the app.

Probably not necessarily given the amount of times this will take place in the future.
What crystal ball do you have? You don’t think that there will be some that would rather wait a bit before they perform an upgrade? Not everyone is an early adopter. Do you know what n-1 means? It’s a term used by IT as standard operating procedure to prevent upgrading to something before it has been proven in the wild. Go ahead and keep commenting on my posts. At least I’m trying to contribute things that others may find helpful.
