Control x3 power issues?

Have existing gyre dual pump controller. Bought the control 3 and when I plug it in I don't see it in the hydros app. It also doesn't light up in any way. Wondering if there could be a power issue even though its brand new. Should I see led lit up on control unit or no?

There should be some lights on at first anyway. You might want to submit a support ticket here Submit ticket . Since they are shipped something could have happed during shipment?
 
What power supply are you using? Did the unit come with it, or are you using power from an existing collective? Did you try a different command bus cable to rule that out?
 
Update. I had a bad unit. They identified the issue and sent a brand new one. Hassle free to get this fixed. Thanks for great customer service. Thus is treason I choose coralvue
