Can anyone verify my thoughts?

The Icecap 4K Dual Controller is apparently compatible with the new Icecap battery backup v3. However, the wave engine is not compatible with the v3 battery. So, the best setup for me would seem to be the Hydros Control 4 (have it, love it), with the Icecap 4K’s run separately on the dual WiFi controller, with the dual WiFi controller plugged into the Icecap v3 battery backup. I could then have battery backup and only slightly annoying two screens to flip between for tweaking controls. I think I could then link the dual controller to the Hydros 4 via 0-10v for sync of feeding mode. Does this make sense? Would I need the 0-10v to make sure that the battery doesn’t kick in to reactivate the gyres during feed mode? Will this work? Anything I am missing?

The WaveEngine is compatible with the battery. You will need a cable to connect the battery to the WaveEngine since it uses the GX12 connector. The cables are arriving soon and we will add them to the website. Other than that, software-wise, the WaveEngine is compatible with 12V batteries.
