I'm wondering if the included temperature probes are DS18B20's? And if so, could multiple sensors be networked on the same input (as the DS18B20's are able to do..)?
I just ordered my system so it isn't here yet; can anyone check and see how many pins are populated in the temperature sensor cable connector?

Do you mean the port on the controller or the temp connector being attached to it? The port can be used for various sensors, but I'm wondering specifically if the temperature probe they supply actually uses all four pins... The DS18B20 only uses three, and can be configured to only use two. There are so many options out there they could have used, it's probably not even worth trying to figure out, I'm just being impatient and curious!

Yes, they are DS18B20 based. In theory you could connect multiple temperature sensors to one port but the software doesn't currently support it. With multiple devices on one port it becomes difficult to determine which sensor is which.

Pin 1 - GND
Pin 2 - +5V supply (current limited)
Pin 3 - Digital I/O - DS18B20 for example
Pin 4 - Analog Input
