Does this mean the dosing pump applied 1.7ml twice or initiated the routine and dosed a single 1.7ml? If it’s twice how do I fix this?

It’s a hydros dosing pump

All the values from yesterday was me playing with it.

This is my log for AFR dosing and my setup. I do not use the Hydros dosing pump yet. I have a Inttlab with the smaller tubing installed so it is only dosing 12ml a minute. I also mix mine 1/2 strength. Make sure the runtime each time is going to be over 1 second when setting the number of times you dose. How is your schedule and output setup?

Damn I didn’t catch it until now. Distributed extra 5ml today! Schedule prior was 00:00:00 to 00:00:00 now it’s 00:00:00 to 23:59:59.

It appears somehow something else is triggering a schedule on top of the regimen.

Mr. @Carlos , do you have any idea what could be causing this issue? I noticed in your instructional video you also left the time frame 00:00:00 to 00:00:00. Could this be cause for double dosing?

The double post may be just a label, but not sure why mine don't have it also. Have you watched it on that dosing time to see what actually happens?

Unfortunately it splits the dosing while I'm either sleeping or at work. Not sure I want to stay up to midnight. :( Odd that it would do this by default and others have no issues.

Just noticed my log is titled with the name of my doser while yours is titled different from your doser, how is that? Is that pointing towards anything?

I don't remember it doing that when I was in the app and firmware version you have, but I have alway had the start time at 00:00:00 and the stop time at 23:59:59. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Hmm. Guess I'll wake up at midnight and see what happens ... Do you know of any support staff that lurks around the website that may be able to provide some insight?

Appreciate your help BTW!

Carlos and Don do look at this forum. Not sure if they would be considered support staff. I will set something up with the 00:00:00 to 00:00:00 and see if I get that extra tag at the beginning. That cold be what it is.

That sounds great! Looking forward to seeing how that works out!

Ok, I setup that time frame on one of the test dosing schedules I have setup. I will know in the AM if I don't stay up that late. If I am up I will check and see what the output does. It is set for around 5 minutes for each dose. That is longer thatn what you are doing but it will be easier to see if it is just an extra label or is actually dosing twice.

Happened again unfortunately. I’ll probably do a hard reset of everything when I get home tonight. Hope that fixes it.

Extremely disappointed this is happening fresh out the box.

Thank you for running that test! Filed a support ticket and included a link to this thread to see if it helps. I’m hopeful a wipe will help remedy the issue, just wish I had something more definitive to go off. As do the staff I’m sure lol

The controller has worked out so far otherwise!

It could be just a label being placed in the log also. A simple power down and back up is usually all that is nneded to reboot the system. I would not go too far until you hear back from them.
