Endless emails

I get a "collective is broken" notification every minute. Once I get 300 emails it stops as my email is full. How do you stop this madness. So wish I bought an Apex. Live and learn.

Not off to the best start and maybe should go with Apex if you are ready to give up so quickly. Think you would discover each has their own pros and cons, learning curve and fair share of problems. My Sunday suggestion since Support is unavailable would be launch app, goto right dropdown and select Account Settings > Notification Settings > Purge Push Notifications and see if it clears. Also check right dropdown selecting OPTIONS, scroll toward the bottom then temporarily change both Email Notification Level and Resend Notification After values to see if that may correct a corrupt config. In either case, you could at least temporarily uncheck all Email Notification Level boxes to pause them while waiting on Support to reply. Then open a case at CoralVue Support Portal and they'll contact you back. Relaize you posted Thursday, post had to be approved as a new member and all of this may have already occurred. If not, be sure to do so. Wouldn't bank on it but Support has been known check the queue and reply on weekends. That'd also be my first action for urgent issues as Support participates here but does not actively monitor posts like the do the ticket queue.

Does the banner at the top of the app have a Collective Broken warning or does it say collective ok?
