Focustronic Cloud Issue Adding New Focustronic Device to HYDROS

It has come to our attention that the Focustronic server is having issues authenticating customers when they try to add a new Focustronic device to the HYDROS controller. The error happens when you click "Login" after typing in your email address and password. It is an issue on Focustronic's end, and it has been reported.

Please know that the issue:
  1. DOES NOT affect existing connections or Focustronic devices already added to the HYDROS. Do not tamper with it if you have one already, and it is working. If you were to remove it, you would have to authenticate with Focustronic, which will not work. But, again, if it is not broken, do not fix it!
  2. If you have a NEW Focustronic device that you want to add to HYDROS, you will not be able to do so until this is resolved.
The issue has been reported to Focustronic, and they are currently working on it. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on when they will fix the problem.
