Any idea why it says “foo” above all my devices? Don’t remember naming anything like that..

That is not the name. Not sure what it is but mine also have that on the wifi devices.

That is where the output type is on outputs and where schedule type is on schedules. Also on devices the number of the device is there. My guess is it should be blank on wifi devices.

Foo is a common place holder name for functions. Probably some tech debt someone left in.
