Gyre 4k pumps just not showing up on controller!

I've got the 4k Gyre pump, it worked great until I was syncing the app, and then suddenly the pump isn't recognized by the Hydros at all. I've factory reset the controller unplugged, replugged etc just nothing seems to recognize the pumps. It's a brand new device, so I'm not understanding what happened! Help someone! (It's actually entirely possible this happened just after I updated the software to the controller instead of just trying to setup the sync on the app!

Did you register the device and connect it to your home WiFi?

Yessir! It's definitely connected to the home network, I can push scheduled etc to it, and occasionally get a pump error message.
