Then the issue is not the Hydros. But you might want to separate the Hydros temp from the Inkbird at least 3 degrees. The Inkbird may not like being turned on and off a lot. If it is the master control and the Hydros is a backup then the Hydros should be on unless there is another factor raising the tank temp other than a correctly operating Inkbird. On mine I have to also cool the tank. In fact except for about 3 months of winter my heaters are usually not on at all.
