Hi, been using it for about a week, now it would not connect to my internet at all. Try restarting everything per direction master reset. Still doesn't come up when searching.

Yes everything so I did a master reset, install the app again. Just flashing pink. Can't find the device.

Yeah best bet is to submit a support ticket at this point. Carlos and his team can assist you quickly through that method.

There is a bug we have occasionally encountered on some phones where the Bluetooth does not discover new devices. It is often helped by doing a force stop on the Hydros app. Occasionally is necessary to restart the phone.

Do you have an IPad or some other tablet to try bluetooth with?

Now I am having trouble connecting the wifi strip

Do you have a mesh network? Most likely it is the same issue you were having with the control. When you changed your WiFi router and separated your 2.4GHz network, did you set it up as a "Guest" network on your router? If you did, then it will not work. The WiFi cannot be set as a GUEST network. Change that in your router and that will fix the problem.

I have my 2.4g connect on my phone Bluetooth on. Guess network is off.

What router brand and model do you have? Can you please share that information with us here?

I have not forgotten about you. Trying to do some digging and see how we can fix that based on your router. We know it is a router issue.
Send me an email at support@coralvue.com with your phone number and I can call you to try a couple of things to get this fixed. You can send it to me today. I have time! :)
