Hi,A live tutorial that I will keep up to date with everything 0-10V Port: Hydros 101: 0-10V
Use LEFT and GROUND (¥). Left is tip. Right is ring. Ground is sleeve.Hi,
I got one of the female 3.5mm terminal block adapters to connect the 2 wires from the float switch to the Quad Cable. Your tutorial said to connect 1 wire to the TIP port, other wire to the SLEEVE port. But the marks on my block adapter from Amazon are L, R, and something that looks like ¥. Can you tell me which 2 to connect to my float switch bare wires?
Many thanks,
Arch

Thanks!
I am a plumber, have been very familiar with controles in general over the years, working in commercial industrial settings I have had to do my fair share of understanding the need for them, but its always been someone elses scope of work so I have never had to dive into the weeds at all. Well now that I am jumping into the hobby deeper than I have been before I am beginning to see I can no longer avoid wrapping my head around it.A live tutorial that I will keep up to date with everything 0-10V Port: Hydros 101: 0-10V
I don't know about those particular lights, but I have lights that require a PWM control input. They use Meanwell LED drivers. I switched over two of the channels to Hydros control by getting a couple of 0-10v to PWM converters. They seem to be working well so I just need to get more of the converters to do the 4 remaining channels.
I don't know about the lights you posted. The ones I have are PWM and I was able to get them to work with the Hydros 0-10v output by getting 0-10v to PWM converters from Amazon. They do work like that so if those have a 0-10v control input you can get the Hydros to work it is just a matter of getting the right things to make the connection between them. Even if they are PWM you can get the converters and get them to work. It is just a little more DIY you would have to do.I didn't even realize I'd picked a PWM driver/controller. From the specs, it doesn't look like the 21 LED bars are constant voltage/PWM compatible. The only dimmers they mention on the page look to be fully analog. Back to the drawing board I go...
Thanks!
If the strip is designed to run off of USB power and does not exceed the current rating on the USB ports on the wifi strip it should work.Is it possible to use a flexible USB led light strip in the USB port. Could it then be controlled with door switch
@tonybuonantuono We’re you able to get this to work. I want to work this same setup in my cabinet. Is it possible to use a flexible USB led light strip in the USB port. Could it then be controlled with door switch
