Hydros App Output pump %

Hi there. Recently set up a WE LE with 2 OCTO Pulse 4 pumps. When I added each pump on the OUTPUT screen I set the the "Speed Range" to 15% - 50%.

When viewing the app on my phone, under STATUS it shows my two pumps along with percentages. What do those percentages represent? If it shows 40% is that out of the total power (out of 100%) or is it really 20% (40% of 50%) of the pump's capacity?

Also, each tile is black. One has a green border and the other one has a purple border. What does that signify?

The borders signify which side of the tank they are at I believe. I have MP10's and I do not have a way to set max and min of each pump in Hydros. I can set it on each pump on the pump controller's. Have you setup some schedules for the pumps?

Thanks for the info Danny. I assumed as much but couldn't find confirmation anywhere in the limited documentation from CoralVue.

I have set up some schedules, trying out different ones (gyre, ocean well, nutrient export) to see which one(s) work best.

I know the percentage on the schedules are within the min and max set on the output settings. So 100% on the schedule would be the maximum set on the output. 1% on the schedule would be then minimum set on the output. So 50% would be half way between the minimum and maximum you set on the output if that helps. Also I have a test output setup and I set a maximum of 75% and a minimum of 25#. When I set it to override minimum It shows 25% on the tile. If is set it to override maximum it shows 75%. If I set the max to 100% and overide to maximum it shows 100%. So I would say that the percentage of flow on the tile is actual percentage.
