Got up this morning and the apple app store had a new version of the app available. I downloaded it and now the app won't work. There is a red message at the bottom saying "CONFIGURATION STALE; Click to refresh". When I click the red bar nothing happens. Does anyone know a way out of this?
 
I have another question, I typically use the phone app. I loaded the web app to try and see what is going on. I may be a little dense but how do I navigate the screen. I used to be able to click and drag the screen up and down but now I can't manipulate the sceen.

OK I reset the web app and the navigation bar is there now
 
I have the same issue. Ever since the phone app this morning, it is not stuck on waiting for config. I have reset my phone and the hydros controller. I checked the web app and it is displaying my info.
 
Since I clicked on upload changes on the mobile app I had to do the same thing on the web app, now it doesn't work either.

I am having the same issue as Brian.
 
If you can see the configuration on the Web App, then force an update on the web app first.

1) Open the WEB APP and check the status screen. Ensure everything is ok.
2) From the status screen, tap on the upper right-hand dots and select "Upload Changes."
3) Go back to the mobile app, tap on "Configuration Stale" to refresh, and see if that pulls the new configuration

Let us know if that fixes the problem.
 
Sorry I can't, there isn't 3 dots and for whatever reason I can't navigate the web app display. the navigation bar is not there, it wasn't this morning either but when I reset the web app it appeared but now it's gone again. Not sure the issue there

This did not fix the problem for me either. There clearly seems to be an issue going on beyond individual users.
 
We have been made aware of an issue with the HYDROS App. It has been identified, and we are diligently working to restore normal operation. It seems to be an isolated issue with a small number of users. We will push an app that has the fix, but it will take Apple and Google a couple of days to approve it. In the meantime, if you need to make changes to your device, use the web app as it does not have the same issue.

I submitted a ticket as well. Unfortunately, I updated changes and still can not have access to view or operate devices, inputs or outputs.
 
I had the same issue this morning. I seemed to resolve it with deleting the collective and reloading. But is having the same issue again. Ticket is already in.

Web App isn’t working either.

Also each of the devices is showing up individually along with the collective in the menu.

Carlos got my web app working again. iPhone app still stuck.
 
I don't have a collective yet, ha ha. I just bought the X8 power bar this weekend. So my app. anticipated the addition and said "no way man"
