Hydros Control 4 malfunction

I was in the process of installing the Single outlet and when I told Hydros to upload the changes it started to cycle through all the colors going round and round and now it won't do anything nor connect to status. I tried to the reset thing with the magnet over the first O on control but that had no effect. I even tried unplugging it for a while and rebooting my wifi router but no help.

Thanks for the support- I have tried unplugging and re plug hydros control, switching from cloud to Bluetooth and neither step will reconnect. I have wifi 2.4 and 5 ghz dual router (Verizon issued) .and wifi on iPhone set to 2.4 setting. If I check properties page there is no archive tab there only the serial number 240AC4D97DC4 is listed on page although if I tap status for control device is labeled 240ac4d97dc4.not capitalized letters. Not sure if that would matter.
 
Thanks, I tried magnet and no good.control still same . I have read the link you suggested. I think I may need to delete or unregistered control and then try to reregister it . I'm not sure though. Was hoping to get some definite support from coralvue before proceeding to this. The control was functional up till I attempted to add single wifi outlet witched did link but wasn't operating switching correctly. Then after I removed it from output page control wigged out and never linked communication since. I had two 4 outlet power bars and temp sensor, two ph probes all ok till this. I wish I never touched it on a Friday lol.

Carlos will jump in when he sees it. On the magnet thing it took me several tries to get it to reset. Also have to move magnet around a bit but eventually it did reset.
 
Thanks, you were correct. Magnet did work and I have purple pulse on hydros control and screen on iPhone now. Only issue now is hydros saying that am running version 165 and stored aversion is 161. Shows two tabs . One red says install 161 other tab reads download none in blue? Not sure what to due next?
 
If you are trying to load an archived version of your programming you are on the wrong screen. Go back one and select Review Archived versions.
 
Thanks, so I was able to get Bluetooth connection and now I have red leds on pulse on hydros . Still not at cloud yet but I see readings at least for controller mill amps etc at top of page . Still not all the way yet.
 
You will need to install the wifi info back into the Control unit then. Hit the three bars in upper left of screen and press the + and select the Control unit to reconfigure the WiFi connection.
