I just received my Hydros order today. My tank hasn't arrived yet. Can I still plug in the deice and register it without attaching any equipment?

Absolutely. I would not add the pH probe though. That needs to remain wet at all time.

Can I connect the Gyre XF330 Cloud Edition pump to the 0-10V connections on the X4 controller?

Does the XF330 have a 0-10v port ? If it does then yes... If it does not then no.
