Hydros crashing.

Worked great for a week now both yesterday and this morning I get to work to see I can't access hydros from the app. Hydros not responding. Get home and requires power cycle to get back on line. Disappointed not even 2 weeks in and needing support. Also disappointed my first attempt at this post was not approved. Feeling like I might be going back to Apex.

Not yet. Been at work. Was hoping for some help here first before going that route incase it was something simple.
