I dose All For Reef using a X10 dosing pump. I use dynamic dosing and alkalinity test to control the dose amount.

You can do those as a smart dosing pump. Setup the pump output. Set the flow rate in the case of dosing you will probable want to use the low speed which is 25ml a minute. The set it to override off and do a manual dose to prime the tubing once you have it hooked up. Then run the calibration and measure the dispensed amount and enter that into the Hydros and do a upload changes. To check it do a manual dose of 25ml and measure it. Doing a calibration again will get you the same as it was the first time since it runs for 1 minute and you tell it the actual amount it dosed running for 1 minute. It uses that to determine how long to run to dispense the amount you want it to dose each time it runs. Then it is just a matter of setting up a dosing schedule for it in schedules.
I am trying to set up my minnow doser to dose 55ml of AFR a day. I checked and it dosed 17 1/2 ml twice in a 24 hr period. I calibrated per instructions. When I put the amount calibrated which is 15ml it reverts back to 25ml when I push continue. What am I doing wrong?

If you set the flow rate to 25ml and you are only getting 15ml that is too far off for 25ml for the calibration to work. Make sure the tubing is primed and retry the calibration with the flow rate set to 25ml before you run the calibration.

So when you do a manual dose of 25ml you are getting 25ml? If so them it must be calibrated. The calibration will always run for 1 minute and you weigh the amount dispensed and put that in the hydros to calibrate it. The Hydros will then use that figure to determine how long to run the pump to dispense a given amount. So when you run calibrate it should give you near the same amount each time. I have only used 55ml a minute with my Minnow but I use both pumps for AWC so that is the reason for using 55ml flow rate.
It should be 55 ml a day but only getting 35. Do I have my settings right in the above screenshots?

Ok, I did a calibrate on one of my minnow pumps at a flow rate of 25 and I got 22ml. I did another one at 55 and got 57.2.So both of those are close enough for the calibration to have worked. Not sure why you would only be getting 15. Have you tried a calibration at 55 to see if it will get a closer value to 55. I use a scale the measures in ml but it does read to the tenth of a ml. So I measure by weight.
