Hydros Feeder Issue

Anyone using the Hydro's Feeder with Version 286? I just received a brand-new feeder and tried to set it up on my X4 connected to a Quad4 and the feeder activates with the blue light on and I can hear the Quad4 click, but the feeder never turns.

I rebooted the X4 and tired deleting and re-creating the Feeder several times and NO luck

Any idea what maybe the issue?

What did you do to fix it? Please post it here so that if someone in the future has the same issue, they will learn how to fix the problem.
