I currently have one setup. I bought another, it connects fine to the internet but the motor doesn't turn. Even if i press the button on the device it doesn't turn. Any advice ?

Ironically, i have another one and the motor turns but it doesn't connect to the internet

On the one that is not connecting to the internet make sure that the device with the app installed is also on the same wifi channel you want the wifi feeder on. That should be the same one as controllers are on. Also make sure the wifi feeder is near the router while pairing it. Leave it powered a few minutes after the pairing completes and check it then power it down and move it where you want it if the pairing works. As far as the one not turning that may require you to submit a support ticket with CoralVue.

I just received two of the Hydros feeders. Both linked to wifi but neither would turn with the app nor the button. So I left them plugged in and slammed them pretty hard on the table (a dozen times bracket removed) unit it rotated.
Reset the pose and now they both rotate on demand. Either a sticky brush of a cold solder connection. But it fixed both. For now. 😓

same issue is happening for me, I replaced a feeder that was getting old and it’s connected to my 2.4 network just like all the other hydros devices but I can’t get it to spin via the output or via the button.

If it does not spin pressing the button on top then there is an internal issue. You might want to submit a support ticket.
