Hydros Logs, Graphs, & Data stuck 12 hours in the past, how can I fix this?

So the real time data is accurate but graphs, logs, and info all are showing 12 hours in the past. The weird part is if I wait an hour it will show the last hour of data from 12 hours ago. For example it does not show my AWC from tonight but in 12 hours it will. I tried changing the time and resetting the time, rebooting each device (X4 and XP8) and the collective. I tried unplugging it and replugging it back in after 3 minutes. I tried checking for firm ware updates. I tried erasing the local cache. I tried logging out and in. I tried using my computer and also deleting the app and redownloading it. Not sure if it’s a sync issue with the cloud but any help would be appreciated!

The weird part is it’s accurately doing the things it should like my fuge light is on which turns on at night but I just have no logs of it.

I was having a graphing issue as well. Emailed support. They said it was a problem for all users caused by some changes/work they were doing. They corrected it. My graphs are good now.
