HYDROS Outage (Tuesday, August 31, 2021)

It seems that Amazon Web Server (Oregon) is having some connectivity issues, and as a result, some folks have reported connectivity issues with their HYDROS units.

Please know that the issue:

1. ONLY affects you connecting to your device
2. DOES NOT affect your controller and how it works locally.
3. DOES NOT affect WiFi controllability.
4. DOES NOT affect the HYDROS connection to the Focustronic server.

If you need to override an output, connect using Bluetooth. Read-Only mode does not allow you to make permanent changes, BUT you CAN override outputs.
