My 2 week old control 4 reverted to it factory defaults. I still can hook up to it and see the heart and internal temp. The temp. units are back to Celsius. All my input and outputs are gone. I assume that none of my logic is there either. Can I restore from the cloud? Thanks

Hi carlos, I am new here and have a hydros 4 control since November. I have not been able to get it to work since Friday 2/12 . Control beeps once and cycles lights from white,red,green,blue , white again then beeps once again over and over. When I get app on my iPhone and check status it checks and reads device 240ac4d97dc4 not responding in red letters. I have tried to connect on Bluetooth as well as cloud but not connecting. I have no idea what to do to restore info . Checked device properties list and there is no archive tab there.please HELP!

Did you try to reset the unit back to factory default?

After that, you can connect the unit back to your WiFi and then restore it from an old backup before the change that caused the problem.
