I am struggling with my SMARTPLUG to link to my START controller, it does link but after it just goes into unreacheable.

My network setup is not home setup, it is more a business where I have enterprise Access Points connecting to a Switch then to a router, so this is the first time I am struggling with this devices, since I am not sure how to configure besides using the hydros app which seems it is not linking them even that it says it did.

Any ideas ?

The device and controller have to be on the same access point to be able to talk to each other. Also your wifi may block that type of communication since it is a business.

hmm that make sense, I think I can create apps to forward the traffic to other AP, which ports are being used for the smartplug and the controoler
Also it is not a business, it is a business setup on my home, but I do have 4 APs.

The communications between the controllers and power plugs are a Tuya protocol communications and is done locally and not through the cloud but my understanding is both need to be on the same access points for them to communicate correctly. When pairing make sure the device the app is installed on you are using is also on the same access point as the controller.
