is time delay an option

hello,
wondering if there is an option for a time delay for my skimmer? in the vent of a power loss and when the power comes back on id like the skimmer to stay off for 10 min or so till the sump and system has stabilized.
any help would be great

Yes, set the depends on statement to your return pump. Then set it to off if off. Now turn on enable advanced settings. Then set the minimum off time to10 minutes. So if the return pump is off the skimmer it will not turn on for 10 minutes after the return pump turns on. The 10 minimum off time will not start the countdown if depends on has the output off. Here is a screenshot of that part of my skimmer output setting. I just happen to use 10 minutes on mine,
