I am running into the issue of the pumps not holding the fluid in the lines when the pump is not running. The fluid slowly creeps back down the lines leaving air space. It is happening on either side of the dosing head. I have tried sever ways to seal the lines at the barb where the lines join the dosing head and nothing work. I'm at a loss right now on how to proceed. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

The pumps are new.
Id start by pulling off the heads and checking to see if the hose is damaged. And see if its seated correctly. If no issues there, submit a help ticket to support.coralvue.com and someone with the correct product knowledge can support you.

I have not had an issue using the one I have as a ATO pump and it pumps water from the DI reservoir on the floo of the garage up through the attic and down the wall to the tank. It empties into the overflow box. It has a maximum on time set for 2 minutes. Since the tank is 35ft from the tank it would take longer than that to fill the line. I got a spare pump head and some spare pump head tubing for it. I change the tubing once after a year of use but it still looked like it could have gone longer so this time I let t go past one year. I was only getting about 8 months on the tubing in my Intllab dosing pumps when ai was using it to do this.
