Jaboe return pump

Would like the wave engine to be able to run the the jebao dcp series sine wave return pumps with a direct connection. i would love to get rid of that control and power brick also. they are not 0-10v driven.

Coming up with the cable is not the issue. The problem is the warranty. The moment you remove the controller, some manufacturers void the warranty. We will never jeopardize the warranty on any product connected to our controller. We play by the rules and will only allow you to connect to our device in a manner that the manufacturer has approved.

The last thing we need is for you to need product support on a pump, but the manufacturer refuses because the pump was running on the WaveEngine. For that reason, drive pump compatible pumps are only pumps where the manufacturer has agreed to honor the warranty even when the product is running under the HYDROS control.

Do you have any idea of what cables, and how, to hook this aqualink adapter to the control 4 0-10v output ? i do have a 1-0-10v quad cable, but i think the apex would be rj45 into the adapter?

i'm not sure. it says connecting apex to the 0-10v input on the wave engine, but i would need to hook to the output 0-10, i think?

The input and output ports have the same pinout. The only difference is one is inputs and the other is outputs. So on the output it should be the same as the Apex at the connector since it is a hookup for Apex to the input of the wave engine. Hopefully someone that has the cable can confirm for us.

I’m running Jebao powerheads this way .

yes they work good for powerheads and the smaller version return pumps but not the larger version. i have a variety on my system from the smallest return pump to the 20,000 dcp and that pump it will not control. but everything else it works great. just fyi
