Can anybody tell me why my kalk ato fill output is not working? I want it to come on when pH is between 7.5 and 8.4, AND when the float switch (Hydros optical) shows a low sump level. I can turn it on and off manually, but the auto doesn't work.

The way you have it set it will not turn on until the pH is at or below 7.5 and the float is dry. It will stay on when the float is dry until the pH goes up to or above 8.4. Is that what you want it to do?

The low setting is the turn on setting and the high setting is the turn off setting. I am not sure why you would not want it on when it is below 7.5 either. Set the low setting as close to the high setting as it will let you set it. Then if it is below that setting it will work like you want. It will have to get to or above the high setting for it to stop. Then it would have to get down to or below the low setting to start working again.

Many thanks. I appreciate your time and patience. I misinterpreted the pH setting. I thought that with an AND connector, the outlet would trigger when both conditions were "true" so I thought that when the pH was within the 7.5 to 8.4 range, that would be "true" and the outlet would open if the float level was also "true." So I set 7.5 arbitrarily as the low. I understood it backwards!!!

No problem, There were enough people that didn't understand it on the heater that the wording is changing on it to "Turn On At" and "Turn Off At". With the pH that would not work since it depends on another setting which would be turn on and which would be turn off.
