We have noticed that the Kamoer API server is having issues updating the results. Instead, it is showing 0 dKH.

Please know that the issue:
  1. DOES affect existing connections or KHC devices already added to the HYDROS. At this point, all inputs show "0 dKH" status.
  2. If you have a NEW KHC device that you want to add to HYDROS, you will not be able to do so until this is resolved.
If you run a Calcium or Kalkwasser reactor, PLEASE ENSURE you adequately configure the "Stale Sample Notification" field so the controller does not overdose. For example, if your KHC tests every 4 hours, make the Stale Sample Notification 6 hours. If your KHC tested at 4, 8, and midnight but the 8 pm results do not update, the HYDROS will consider the 4 pm reading stale at 10 pm, preventing your midnight schedule from running.
