Is it posable to put the klir v2 fleece roller on a timer using the hydros x2 control ? I want to remove the cap plug from my extra filter cup hole and put the cup back in with media and filter balls. So i want the klir to activate every 4 to 5 hours. Can it be done ?

Is there instructions on how to do so ?
Probably but its really easy. Just go to create an output. Select advanced. Then generic. That will give an option to set up an internal schedule. Someone can probably give better instructions but thats how i would do it.

But if i understand your not using the level senor you just want it to turn on for a short time?

That's right l want to use the other sock hole for a filter cup and I don't think the water level will ever rise enough to trigger the sensor with the extra filter cup installed so I just wanted to put the klir on a timer.

That should work then

Just need to Enable Advanced Settings below the Output Device and set your Minimum Off Time accordingly. If you don't want to use a level sensor, create an Advanced > Generic output, Input Count 0, enable Has Internal Schedule with Advanced Settings, Start Time 00:00:00, Run Time 00:00:10, Run Count 0 and Run Interval 04:00:00. That'll advance the fleece for 10 seconds every four hours.
