Hi, is the Kraken not all that it's Kracked up to be? I've got all of my DC gear on the Kraken both 24V and 12v getting rid of a bunch of mini transformers. I also attached a 12v 31Ah AGM battery. Per the manual it is supposed to be 12v? It saw it charge for quite sometime (1.3A while charging) and settled on a float voltage of 13.5 and ~300mA of trickle current. I simulated a power failure by unplugging the 24v power supply. All of the Force port dropped down to 13.5v is this normal behavior?!?!? I thought there was supposed to be a DC-DC voltage conversion of the incoming battery backup. The Drive ports were at nominal voltage. I checked on both the Force Port output showing 13.5v and the Details page that shows DC Voltage (assuming Force Port bus) and DC2 Voltage (assuming Drive Port bus) both showing 13.5v. When on AC it's normal when on battery both DC and DC2 voltage shows 13.5v which is the battery.

I've attached the Details page of the Kracken on Battery then under AC and under AC it looks to be charging the battery. Whenever this happens I have to reset the downstream controllers because they go flashing red with under voltage.

Hydros Collective looks like this <terminator>X3-S<-1ft->WaveLE<-3ft->Kraken<-3ft->X4<-6ft->XP8<-14ft->X2<terminator>

Is my unit defective? No where in the FAQ does it say the Force Ports go down to battery voltage (in my case 13.5v). https://www.coralvuehydros.com/.../hydros.../kraken-faq/

For low power mode when it switches to using the 12V battery all the force ports only put out 12V. You can buy pumps that run in 12V mode or use a step up converter (I have two of these for return pumps - Amazon.com)

My main issue is my Kraken stays in 12V even when power comes back and it's causing various issues but my new Kraken was a gift and the gift giver lost the receipt so they won't honor any warranty stuff and I would have to buy another whole Kraken for them to look at it to troubleshoot.
