In the battery mode the force ports will only output 12v instead of 24v and that is only if you have them set to active in low power mode. Some pumps will not run at 12v and need 24v to run and others will as long as they are run at a lower speed during low power mode. I have a Sicce SDC 3.0 and it will not run at 12v. My MP10's will run on 12v.

I have octo 4s connected to the wave engine which is connected to the kraken
Not sure about those working at 12v but make sure the Kraken output for Wave Engine is active in low power mode. Also I created a low power schedule and made it active during low power mode and set the rest of the schedules for my flow pumps to inactive in low power mode.

The conttols are receiving power via the command bus. Wave Engine direct drive ports will indicate they are active but will not function unless the Wave Engine has a power source. In your case this is Kraken. However, I think there may be a simple misconfig where the Wave Engine power is not active in low power mode. Goto that output, expand Active in Modes then make sure low power is checked. Can't see if this is the case from your screenshots. Otherwise your schedule looks good and IS active in low power mode.
