I noticed earlier that some equipment plugged into my Kraken was not working. If I unplug the battery cable, the other equipment turns off. This is happening while it is plugged into a wall outlet and the low power mode isn’t active.

I have checked the connections for the meanwell power supply and everything is secure.

Here is a screenshot of my Kraken status screen. Should I get a multimeter and test the power supply output?

Your DC voltage shows 12V, while it should be 24V if the meanwell power supply is ON. Plus the high negative current on the battery tells me that its pulling just from the battery and not from the meanwell. Check the meanwell supply.

Since the bus voltage is still 24v it will not enter low power mode. You must have another source of power on the command bus such as a XP8. Like @JeffB418 said make sure your Meanwell power supply is getting power. If it is and it is not providing power to the Kraken you may want to submit a support ticket for the issue.

I submitted a ticket. CV is sending me a replacement unit and I’m shipping this one back. It had been running flawlessly for a few months. I’m not sure what happened but the MW power supply stopped working. There are two XP-8s in the collective along with an X10.

I received a replacement Kraken and MW power supply on Friday. Had it added to the collective Friday evening. Everything was working fine until today. Came in from cutting the grass and noticed my pumps were off and lights were dim. Once again, the power supply stopped supplying power to the Kraken and it was running off the battery. Since the pumps only work with 24v, they were throwing power supply error codes.

Is this a common issue with the Kraken? I purchased this to get rid of eight power bricks and now I have them scattered on the floor around my tank. Needless to say, I’m not a happy customer at this point.

Does anyone have any insight into what may be causing this issue?

I think it may be an overheating issue. My Hydros controllers are mounted on a controller board in my aquarium cabinet. I think the MW power supply may be overheating due to poor ventilation.
