Lab Grade pH probe

Did you hit the clear button on the calibration tiles after replacing the probe? Not sure you would want to calibrate it yet if it is new.
 
Ok, so you did recalibrate. It may be some kind of interference. What does it do if you place some tank water in a cup or glass and place the probe there does it still bounce around or is it stable.
 
is the pH probe cable with any other cables that could interfere with the probe. You can also try the old probe to make sure it is stable also. Does that probe require an adapter to BNC? If it does you might try reseating it.
 
Update. Just got off the phone with Atlas Scientific. Apparently it's a common problem with the lab grade probes being shipped in the winter and they freeze. They are going to take care of it for me.
