Launch won’t upload

As the title states, I just received my launch. Everything went fine with connecting to WiFi and updating the firmware. When I start to try and add outputs I go to upload, it gets the URL, uploads to the cloud, but times out when uploading to the device. Please help!! Haha

What color is the wifi led on the Launch?

 
Do you have a firewall? There may be an issue with your firewall (if applicable) that could be blocking certain HTTP connections from AWS. Try connecting the device to a cellular hotspot. If it works, this will confirm the hypothesis and give you a clue about what needs to be done to resolve the problem.
 
Yes, after talking with Michael at coralvue we’ve narrowed it down to a firewall issue. I’ll be working on that tomorrow, thank you!
 
Still struggling with this, tried setting up a different router, separate 2.4 network. It still fails, but when I reopen the app the changes are there. I’m confused, and not a network guru, any help would be appreciated.
 
I'm struggling with this as well. It was working fine, then suddenly it's no longer working. I carved out a specific wifi SSID, 2.4ghz only no 5ghz, and it connects (with some glitches like it says it can't connect periodically) and it won't upload. however it will get stats.
