Drive ports are only for 12v DC devices. They will not power AC or DC devices that run at a different voltage other than 12v. Not sure if those are 12v DC devices or not.

yes i am aware but my question was can i be able 2 program them as if i had them plugged in the launch outlet or xp8 outlet can i have have them turn on off when my return pump is off or when i feed such things as that

Yes you can use the depends on settings on the output to make it depend on a state of another output. On the skimmer you can enable advanced settings and setup a minimum off time. This counter normally starts as soon as the output turns off but when the depends on has it forced off that counter starts when the depends on is no longer active so if you set it for something like 5 minutes the the skimmer will wait for 5 minutes before turning on once the output you have it depending on is in the correct state. So you can have it depend on your return port with the dependency mode set to off if off. So if the return turns off so will the skimmer. Once the return turns back on then the skimmer would wait the minimum off time before it turns back on.

The Tunze Turbelle High Jet and ReefMat are 12V and Drive port compatible. I just use the Tunze pump with Hydros sensors so don't know exactly which connectors the ATO control has but as long as you can mate up the connector you'll be good to go. And Amazon is your friend for the ReefMat connectors. Just get a drive port extension, clip the end and butt this connector to it.

The gyre is probably 24V and unlikely to work off a drive port. Would need to check the power brick. Probably 24V and would probably work with Kraken.

As for programming, an output is an output. With few exceptions--for instance a smart doser--Hydros isn't going to restrict an output to a particular output device. It's up to you to make sure you select an output device that outs the proper voltage and to mate up non-Hydros connectors.
