Magnet temp probe not working

Hi i have one regular temp probe for years work fine i got new Blenny and i add new Magnetic Temp probe to sens 1 was working fine for 3 day and now i getting error UNKNOW , install reinstall different location and everting is the same Error any one have this same problem any solution.
