Mastertronic input

I have trouble getting the mastertronic results to sync with the hydros input. It worked perfectly for about a month, then hydros just stopped showing the latest test results. I have verified that the mastertronic is online as I can remotely access it and force a test. Last test performed by mastertronic was yesterday (7/27) but the display input on the hydros app is (7/15). I have restarted the hydros controller, deleted the inputs in the app and added the inputs back again but it is still showing 7/15 test results. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Is your Mastertronic showing "Online" now? Go to the Focustronic app, the Mastertronic tab, and scroll down to the bottom. Does the system show as "Online"?

HYDROS gets the results from the cloud server. If Mastertronic is not connected online and uploading the results to the server, then the HYDROS will not get them.
 
Have to report that the current testing value is now showing on the hydros app. From what I understand the issue was with Focustronic servers for the Mastertronic.
 
I've experienced similar interruptions in the past. Since Hydros just uses a simple API to pull results from the Focustronic cloud it it more often than not a broader internet interruption or on the Focustronic side.
