Modes not working

Hello,

I have a few basic modes that turn things on/off and they don't work. I have 2 X2 and 1 XP8 the modes turn on/off items plugged into the XP8, if I click a mode that turns off everything I see the OUTPUT status change to OFF - INACTIVE but they still have power going to them.

There seems to be a disconnect between the MODE and the XP8 powerbar.

Any ideas of what I can try?

Did you try powering down the XP8 and powering it back up to see if that will fix the issue?

What are lights saying on the outputs in question? Are they green or blue or some other color? If this is in a collective you might also have to power down to reset the wifi master if you haven not done that. More than likely you have it powered by XP8 unless you also have a Wave Engine in which case you would have to power down both to do a power reset on any of the controllers.

Do these outputs have minimum off or on times set on them? I have see cases where modes do not trump these timers before. IE if an output has a min on time of 15 mins and let’s say the output turned on due to some other condition. Then you have a mode that has this outputs unchecked (or off). And you enable this mode within this 15 minimum on time window, the output will still stay on regardless if the mode says otherwise since the minimum on time has priority.
