I did the reset according to instructions on coral vue YouTube and it did everything except last stage where you set it to slave. I see the 3 pumps listed in the collective just have no control. Is it different for the collective ?

Can you post a screenshot of the setup for the output you are having trouble with and the setup of the schedule you are using it in?

Looks like one of the Ecotech pumps is running. But I was wanting setup the setup for the one that was not working like in the screenshot below.
That’s what’s weird says it running but it is not controlling anything.

Can you get a screenshot of the setup like I posted? Also check here HYDROS WaveEngine - How to Connect EcoTech Marine VorTech Pumps . The pump has to be in slave mode to work if I read it right.

That’s is what I don’t understand it’s not listed on setup page. I tried to make it a slave but it just changes to green doesn’t dash the 2 colors the video says it should. I may have to make a support ticket. Thank you for trying to help. I always get the weird bull

The Ecotech pumps setup differently and may not have the setup page. There is a way to clear the memory of the pump itself. If it was a master that might be the issue. Do you have the manual for the pump? If so lookup clearing the memory. I think that is basically a factory reset on the pump. I think that is step 4 in the instruction in the link I posted also. Step 5 is instructions for getting it into the slave mode after the reset in step 4.
