Just found it -- yes, I am running 186. Now to update the app. hmmmm no luck
 
You would just need a temp sensor and a heater with a built in temp control as a backup. The inexpensive ones will work. Set the heater around 3 degrees higher than what you set the Control 2 for. Use one of the outlets on the wifi strip. To see which version you are running press the three horizontal dots in upper right corner of the app. At the bottom of the popup window should have the app version. Look for (199). That is the current app.
