Hello,
I have an Ice Cap 4000 that WAS working fine the first 2 weeks I had it, but now it doesn't recognize when I hit feed, water change mode and continually just shuts off? Any thoughts?

Is that something to do with Hydros turning it off or am I missing something.

Hello JRill, Feed and water change modes no longer turn pump off is one issue. Other issue I've had is the pump in normal mode continually randomly shuts off.
 
Does the controller shut off or is it just the pump itself shutting off? It could be an issue with the pump itself. Have you tried reaching out to support?
