New Maxspect XF350 icloud Version

Wondering, since the Maxspect XF350 pumps have been discontinued and are now replaced with the newer XF350 icloud version with their new controller if it will work with the HYDROS wave LE and if it will still be programmed thru the HYDROS app or do I still need to purchase the MAXSPECT controller too. I asked Carlos, but he said I needed to ask Aperture, which is the distributor for Maxspect, but they had no answer and said I needed to ask the maker of the HYDROS. So has anyone added those new pumps to their HYDROS, and did it work without the MAXSPECT controller? Thanks for any help.

I don't like to tell you this, but since Maxspect is no longer distributed through CoralVue we don't know if Maxspect changed anything. I thought I saw someone in our Facebook group say that they do work, but you should verify with Maxspect before purchase. Seeing as though Aperture now distributes Maxspect and does support for them , they should have been able to answer your question. If Maxspect didn't change anything then they should work with Hydros. We haven't changed anything on our end that would limit you.
