Good day to all - I just received a new Quad (wifi) strip to install on one of my collectives (I have 4) to my existing 2.4ghz network. Despite multiples attempts, restarting the wifi network - I simply cannot connect the quad strip. There is a line of sight, no water or tank interference and despite the fact that I have about a dozen Hydros devices (including another Quad strip) connect to the same network - nothing seems to work - I did deal with support a few months ago on a similar issue and they made me press on the power button (on the stip) in different sequences that seemed to have cleared up the problem. Is there a magic trick to this?... Any assistance is appreciated.
